Place the processing module at the end of the system for circuit assembly feeding—or— place one (or more) modules in the center to accommodate process steps such as product assembly, marking, inspecting, etc.

T-440 Features

• Top-side loading and unloading. Add or remove trays at any time without process interruption.
• Optional internal vacuum system handles Gel-Pak VR-44 trays and includes z axis tray clamping.
• Auto-detection of tray orientation prevents loading error.
• Detection/alarm display of various fault conditions.
• “Soft-stop” feature eliminates component upset.
• Low stack/full stack sensing with operator alert.
• Tray clamping in x-y at positioner (processing) modules.
• Highly accurate tray positioning.
• Initialization routine checks all modules for tray presence before starting a new production run.
• Self-contained diagnostics mode allows the user to test all sensors and operate all moving components independently for purposes of setup and maintenance.
• Straight forward interface communication via simple hand-shake signals. No special s/w needed.
